Concert Series Draws Thousands to Fisher's Amphitheater
Bob McCutcheon rejuvenates Fisher's Amphitheater with his new shows.
Before Bob McCutcheon became the man behind the music in Fishers, he co-owned an east Indianapolis theater where musical artists such as Melissa Etheridge, Spyro Gyra and the Red Hot Chili Peppers rocked the stage.
"Once upon time, it was one of the premiere theaters in Indianapolis," McCutcheon recalled of his days at the Ritz Music Hall on Arlington Avenue. "It reminded me a lot of the Fillmore East in New York, so that was the concept when we created it.
