Domestic Orders We offer Expedited Mail (3-5 days). If you select regular mail, 1-3 items are shipped First Class. 4 or more items are shipped Priority Mail. USPS shipments are NOT guaranteed to be delivered within a certain timeframe. (If any items are out of stock and need to be backordered you will be notified regarding any potential delay). Large orders are sent with delivery confirmation and/or insured.
Canadian Orders Orders shipped by US Postal International First Class. Shipping time is typically 5-10 business days. US Postal International First Class mail is an extremely reliable and efficient service. However, this service may not be tracked. Please note that there may be a shipping surcharge on some box sets and LPs as indicated on the product page.
International Orders Orders shipped by US Postal International First Class. Shipping time is typically 7-21 business days. US International First Class mail is an extremely reliable and efficient service. However, this service may not be tracked. No "in progress" information is available. Shipping rates are calculated and displayed before you place your order. International shipping cannot be guaranteed and are shipped at the buyers risk. Federal Express is available upon request. To date, we've had little to no problems with international shipments. Please note that there is an international shipping surcharge on some boxed sets.
Returns :
Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise please notify Customer Service within 30 days and follow the instructions below. We will gladly replace the merchandise without additional charge, or provide you with a full refund.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and the merchandise is unopened we will be happy to exchange it for you. Original shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded, and you will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipment. No COD returns will be accepted.
Special orders and opened products are non-returnable unless defective. Prior to returning merchandise to us, contents must be well packaged to assure safe arrival. Product must be unopened, and in re-sellable condition. We recommend using the original packaging for shipment.
